The (non-profit) Richard and Annemarie Wolf Foundation is an investment trust foundation. It directly holds all shares in the medical technology company Richard Wolf GmbH and indirectly holds the shares in its currently 15 subsidiaries in Germany and abroad.
At its headquarters in Knittlingen, the company develops and manufactures a specialized portfolio of medical products for the relevant disciplines of human medicine. The entire portfolio is sold worldwide.

The foundation is a charitable organization whose purpose is to advance medicine, in particular the disciplines in which endoscopy is used. As sole shareholder, the foundation also exercises the shareholder rights in accordance with its statutes. The Foundation Board therefore audits, supervises and advises the management. It provides constructive input on the sound growth of the Richard Wolf Group in a people-oriented and socially acceptable way.
The Foundation Board currently has four members and is primarily committed to preserving the foundation's assets. By fulfilling this duty, the Foundation Board helps realize the founders' vision through the structure of the foundation.
The Foundation Board is solely responsible for managing the assets and for ensuring the strategic development of the Richard Wolf Group as a global organization.

Funding can be requested for projects that advance medicine, in particular the disciplines in which endoscopy is used. At its regular review meetings, the Foundation Board approves applications after checking their feasibility. If you have any questions about applying for funding, please contact Ms. Anke Müller. Applicants are asked to send their funding applications to the foundation office electronically where possible.
