Minilaparoscopy has become an increasingly important technique, offering hospitals and surgeons a safe, scarless option.

Based on the successful 5 mm ERAGONmodular concept, three-part modular 3.5 mm instruments have been developed that meet the highest hygiene and application standards. The proven click system allows easy assembly and disassembly and is fully compatible with the ERAGONmodular series and the new ERAGONaxial handles.

The ERAGONmodular forceps and scissors system has been used in surgery for many years and is now further extended by the ERAGON axial handle series.

ERAGONaxial offers all the advantages of the existing ERAGON handle concept (such as wide contact surfaces, ideal control of the rotation knob, precise grasping and a firm grip) plus a surgical ratchet.

Bipolar forceps and scissors system

The ERAGONbipolar system meets every requirement for modularity, ergonomics and safety.

The proven click-it fixation technology greatly simplifies assembly and disassembly and allows a wide variety of jaws to be used. A special internal jaw mechanism prevents tissue and fine structures from getting caught. Full insulation covering the jaw mechanism also ensures safety, so coagulation only takes place where it is needed.

The ergonomic ERAGON handle was designed for every application and for each user's hand and fingers. Thanks to its special design, the instrument can be operated in any position, ensuring easy, fatigue-free surgery.

ERAGONstitch

ERAGONstitch – the new generation of modular needle holders for laparoscopy sets new standards in the field.

Two ergonomic handle designs, two sheath diameters, three working lengths and five different jaws meet every user's needs. Like the other products in the ERAGON family, the new needle holder can be taken apart into three parts and recombined to suit the user.
