Sterisafe DURO A3

The Sterisafe DURO A3 sterile barrier and packaging system complies with DIN EN ISO 11607 and allows flexible endoscopes to be stored safely. It is suitable for plasma, ethylene oxide and formaldehyde sterilization and therefore helps reduce repair and maintenance costs for flexible endoscopes.

The Sterisafe DURO A3 Universal Steam system, on the other hand, is designed especially for steam sterilization of rigid instruments. After use in surgery, complete instrument sets can be sent safely for efficient sterilization, and the clean instruments then stay securely stored in the lightweight container until they return to the OR – without repackaging.

The design between the lid and base of the Sterisafe DURO A3 is based on the Pasteur loop principle, so no additional seals are needed.

Storage examples

Made of a translucent, robust, high-performance plastic, the Sterisafe DURO A3 is extremely tough and durable. The Toolsafe mesh rack is made of silicone, and its specially shaped grid holds flexible endoscopes in place, giving the instruments an extra layer of protection.
