Lithotripsy mode

Stone therapy made easy - in this mode, users can choose between fragmentation ("Power Fragmenting" setting), dusting ("Dusting" and "Power Dusting" settings) or popcorning ("Popcorning" setting).

Soft tissue mode

Cutting effect - presets based on tissue properties ensure good cutting performance. Users can choose between "Power Cut", "Standard Cut", "Precise Cut" and "Coagulation".

Expert mode

Flexible pulse selection - the MegaPulse 70+ laser offers experienced users three pulse widths (short, medium and long), covering a range from 50 µs to 1100 µs. Energy and frequency can be adjusted individually.

With its high frequency and high energy, the new MegaPulse 70+ laser treats stones quickly and effectively, providing a high-speed lithotripsy system.

Expert mode

In expert mode, experienced users can adjust the settings to their individual needs.

Soft tissue mode

In soft tissue mode, with frequency and energy adjusted ideally, holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) can be performed with remarkable results at only 70 W.
