Richard Wolf offers many options for VATS instrument sets, including trocar sleeves, instruments and telescopes in various diameters and lengths – from fine 5.5 mm trocar sleeves to 12 × 16 mm oval sheaths with cap, suitable for use with specimen bags and staplers. Telescopes designed specifically for thoracic surgery have a 50° direction of view, giving users ideal visualization and a comfortable working position.
The forceps and scissors in the set come with the new axial ERAGON handle.
The special ergonomic handle design lets surgeons keep their hand in a more relaxed position during surgery, ensuring precision, sensitivity and safety. The large contact surface reduces pressure on the fingers for greater comfort, and the optional newly designed silicone rotation knob attachment feels very comfortable. The new axial handle is compatible with the proven ERAGONmodular system and can be combined with any sheath and insert of the ERAGONmodular series.
