TipControl

Within reach

The new forceps with angled tip are designed especially for the needs of today's interventional bronchoscopy and come with a choice of three different jaws.

The forceps can be used as an accessory with the TEXAS tracheobronchoscope with integrated optics, for easy work with a constant optical view.

In addition, the sheath of all three models can be rotated through 360°.

This complete, versatile instrument lets users adjust the angle of the forceps to the requirements at hand.

The ergonomic handles of this new product family allow fatigue-free work, especially when high forces are needed. The lever for deflecting the tip is easily interchangeable, so the instrument can be used by both left- and right-handed users.

Advantages at a glance

Ablation
The articulating biopsy forceps allow tissue to be removed from hard-to-reach areas of the trachea or main bronchi.

Grasping
The grasping forceps have a powerful single-action serrated jaw that can be used not only to remove foreign bodies or stents but above all to reposition silicone, nitinol tracheal or bifurcation stents.

Cutting
These unique scissors with articulating tip open up new perspectives for removing nitinol stents, making it possible for the first time to easily reach and cut ingrown or broken stent mesh.
